Residents of California and other states with comparable privacy laws have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and to ask us to delete or disclose what we hold.
What we share
When you call or submit an enquiry, we pass your name, phone number, location and the details of your termite problem to the independent company we connect you with, so it can contact you. We also allow analytics and advertising providers to receive technical information about your visit, which some state laws treat as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How to opt out
Email consent@betteradssolutions.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share, and include the phone number and email address you want the request applied to. You can also call (833) 784-1375 and ask for your request to be recorded.
Deletion and access requests
Use the same address to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will verify the request against the contact details we hold before we act on it.
Authorised agents
An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorisation.
No discrimination
We will not deny you service, or give you a different level of service, for exercising any of these rights.
